21 Months!

C and C are 21 Months Old Today! And, boy do we have our hands full. At this stage, C and C are trying to be the boss of us and each other. They are fighting over the toys and swinging arms when they get angry. We hear  "no" and "mine" from them quite a bit. But, in a split second they are sweet as can be. Yesterday, Chloe took a toy from Cooper, he then goes to hit her and stops mid way, gives her another toy, gently takes the one he wants, and rubs her back. Okay, progress. We can do this. This afternoon I heard Chloe saying, "Be nice."

Chloe is repeating EVERYTHING we say. Cooper isn't as much but I would say he is speaking more clearly than Chloe. They both are saying "tank you" and "peese". Love it!

This morning I attempted to take 21 month pics. I first tried in the house, they told me no and said, "outside". Okay, we went outside. They were the bosses this morning of the photo shoot. This is what I got through a foggy lens...

Yep, she is still hanging on to her waffle.

The girl eats soooooo slow....we have to usually give up and take it with us.

Then, the school bus drove by...

So, Miss Shelley took pity on me and gave it a shot!

I cracked up at these! And, it does a Mama good to see her babies so happy there!

Sunday, I finally got brave and took them out on this thing...I don't know what you call it, it attaches to the bike. They didn't enjoy it but I DID! I was bummed! I thought, whose kids don't like to ride around in this?

We gave it another shot tonight.

They loved it! Mama got some exercise too! We rode around for quite awhile.

Noticed I gave them snacks to lure them in...

We love you Cooper and Chloe!
