Peace, Love and Twins
Life with twins is getting a little easier. They are at that fun stage where they coo and smile. They are also trying to sit up...especially Chloe! She gets about half way up from a laying position and then goes back down. Shouldn't they roll over first? They are sleeping better too! They go from about 8:30 PM to 4:00 AM. Here's a picture to show off their cute onesies from Uncle Ricky and Aunt Vicki. I tried smoothing them out so you could see the "Peace, Love and Twins" but this is the best I could do. There is a peace sign, heart and two happy faces. They have their cute trumpett brand socks on too (I LOVE THESE)...Chloe's are little Mary Jane socks and Cooper's are Converse socks.

Spring Break '09 - Some special firsts!
First First: When does this happen???? ALL kids (+ Reba) were sleeping at the same time! I was doing some chores around the house and looked around...and this is what I saw....now I'm sure you are asking, "Did you go take a nap?" The answer is NO!

Second First: First road trip with the babies! We went to Austin to visit family. My cousin Shay's children all have birthdays around this time so we usually spend a few days with them over Spring Break to celebrate. The babies did AWESOME! They slept the whole way there and the whole way back. They also did well in the hotel with sleeping in the pack-and-play. We had a great time!

We made it! Our children have a taste for the nicer hotels thanks to Dad's Hilton points! The one good thing about his out of town work trips!

Catching Up!
First...Happy St. Patrick's day to all and Happy Birthday to McKenzie! Today, we had our 3 month doctor's appointment. The babies are doing great and sleeping at least 5 hours between feedings at night! WHOO HOO! We even got 7 hours from Cooper over the weekend and 6 hours from Chloe last night. So, we are definitely getting there. Any extra hour of sleep is a blessing. Here are some fun pics and updates...get ready to see some cute kids!

Madison played in a volleyball tournament this weekend and did great! We are still having technical difficulties with our camera. We just can't seem to get some good action shots of Maddie playing volleyball. This set was too dark! We'll figure it out and post some more soon. She is becoming quite the player and best of all enjoying it so much. Way to go Mad Pad!

He has discovered his hands. He's always looking at them and shoving them in his mouth.
Look at this little love bug! His eyes are still blue/green. I think they are going to be like Dad's.
He so has me wrapped around his little finger!
Smiling more these days!

Little Miss is the happiest thing. She is always smiling!! She now weighs 11 1/2 lbs and is in the 24th percentile (still dainty). She is 23 3/4 inches tall and in the 54th percentile (average).
Cooper and Chloe both dressed in green and wishing all a
Happy St. Patrick's Day!
Thanks Grammy for our cute bibs!
They got two vaccine shots today and were sleeping on and off
after so they never were awake together to take pictures!

STRETCH!
Cooper loves his sleep! He definitely needs to sleep much more than Chloe. So cute!

3 Months Old Today!
Well...I got the idea from a friend to use a stuffed animal in the picture to show you how they are growing compared to the stuffed animal. My friend (Wendy) uses a big dog but I knew we wouldn't be able to fit a large one on the chair with both babies. Well...I think these bears are gonna have to go! Look how smooshed they are already! I guess you guys will be able to tell by the fact that eventually they will no longer fit in the chair together! I don't have stats for you today because our doctor's appt. isn't until the week of Spring Break. But, I can tell you this...Cooper is wearing a 6 months outfit right now and Chloe is right in line with her age wearing a 3 months outfit. Cooper is much heavier than Chloe. They are pretty dang cute if I don't say so myself. The reflux medicine is helping and their little personalities are starting to show. Cooper is definitely the more serious one for sure. They both have discovered their hands and often put them in their mouth. They tricked us last week and slept through the 2 AM feeding one night and woke up right at 5 AM for the next feeding and then went 4 hours compared to the 3 hours between feedings another night. We haven't had another night like that though! We took these pictures this morning before heading off to Maddie's volleyball tournament. Today, during the tournament I had my first explosion in the diaper from Chloe that messed up her outfit. AND NO...I didn't have a change of clothes! She hadn't ever done that before! So, off Todd went to the nearest Wal-Mart to purchase a onesie for her to change in. I guess that's a lesson learned. Todd says I now have to pack TWO extra outfits for each baby. Anyway...here they are at 3 months old! The time has flown by and I'm loving them more and more everyday. Such a gift! I miss them greatly while I'm at work. My friend told me Mondays were the hardest to leave her baby because she was with him all weekend. Today, I know how she feels.

Walking with Mom
Look how big they are getting! I was able to use the stroller without the carseats attached. They LOVED going for a walk where they could look out. They were so content and ended up falling asleep. I dressed them in their winter suits and headed for a walk through the neighborhood.
